One only has to open a newspaper or listen to the news to raise one’s stress levels, let alone cope with day to day living. Stress is something that, sadly, we live with and accept, rarely taking opportunities to de-stress.
The week long residentials held in France are designed care and nurture the whole person; to give them time out to wind-down; to give them a space in which they have nothing to think about but themselves, the next treatment, the next meal. The only thing that requires a lot of thought is whether or not to read a book, whether or not to have a swim, whether or not to go for a walk.
It is an opportunity to fully relax and benefit from daily massages and other treatments. There are two massage treatments scheduled for each day, with the option of changing one in favour of either reflexology, Tibetan head massage or a Reiki treatment.
Each guest has his or her own private bedroom; otherwise they live ‘en famille’, taking meals as a group in the conservatory with its fantastic views.
Cost
£695 all-inclusive
i.e. room, all meals, and two daily treatments
(all inclusive price of £420 for non-participating partners).
Travelling costs not included. This represents excellent value both financially and, more importantly, health wise.
Please note: Clients are billed separately at the end of the week for additional treatments.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. The remaining £545 is due no less than one month prior to commencement of the retreat. (Same deposit for non-participating partners)
Reiki treatments are offered at an additional price and are booked separately on arrival. The fee is £30 per treatment (payable by English cheque).
For insurance purposes, a current E111 form (or equivalent) must be carried.
